Karnataka State Cricket Association wanted a state of the art, all weather Indoor practice stadim for its domestic and international level players. The brief was to make a bold and playful looking stadium as a statement to project the power of the young cricketers.

A sculptural design was created where the bulging roof not only brought in natural daylight but the detached section of the roof and wall allowed natural ventilation to keep the practice area cool.


Physiotherapy rooms, coaching centre, administration and toilets are stacked up in the smaller bay overlooking the practice pitches
